These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Chicago MYS through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Chicago MYS sells frozen, unbaked Chicago-style deep dish pizzas for pickup.

2. Products

We sell frozen, unbaked pizzas intended for later baking at home. Product descriptions, flavours, weights, and pickup locations are shown on the site as accurately as possible.

Available flavours may vary by pickup location, and inventory may be limited.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed online. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.

An order is considered accepted once we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or unexpected unavailability.

4. Pickup

Our pizzas are sold for pickup, not delivery. Pickup takes place at the location selected when you place your order.

We may provide a QR code or similar collection method to help verify the order at pickup. Unless you have chosen a restricted pickup option, anyone with access to the QR code may be able to collect the order on your behalf.

5. Availability and waiting list

Some pizzas may be available for immediate pickup, while others may require waiting until stock becomes available. If your order is not immediately available, you may still place it and join the queue.

We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

6. Collection deadline and uncollected orders

Once your order is ready, we will hold it for up to 7 days. Because the product is frozen, there is no need to collect it immediately, but it must still be collected within this period.

If an order is not collected within 7 days, we may cancel the order, issue a refund, and reallocate the pizza to another customer.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because our products are food, orders that have already been collected cannot be returned for resale, and we do not accept returns after pickup.

You may cancel your order at any time before pickup. Simply click the cancel button on your order page and you will receive a full refund.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law, including in cases where the product is defective, unsafe, or materially not as described.

8. Product handling and baking

Once the pizza has been collected, responsibility for proper storage, transport, freezing, thawing, and baking passes to the customer. Baking instructions should be followed carefully.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect storage, delay after pickup, improper handling, or failure to follow baking instructions.

9. Allergens and product information

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient, allergen, and nutritional information before purchase. During ordering, you may select an item to view its product label, which contains this information. If you have any questions about allergens, please contact us before placing your order.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising out of your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, or limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Consumer rights

These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
