Our approach

Built differently from typical frozen pizza

Our pizzas bake from frozen raw. That means more time in the oven, but also a better aroma, more structure, and a result that feels planned rather than improvised.

Chicago deep dish is layered differently too. The cheese goes directly on the dough, the toppings sit in the middle, and the tomato sauce goes on top. It is a richer, deeper style that rewards patience.

Most pizzas take about 85 minutes at 200Β°C, and for best assurance the center should reach 75Β°C before serving.

A simple pop-up timer is included to help show when baking is complete. For best results, the center of the pizza should also reach 75Β°C before serving.

A 3 ml vial with blue, white, and yellow frozen zones inspired by Swedish colors. If the package ever thaws, the vial changes to a green warning color.
